HYBRID TRAINING FOR DEEPER LEARNING
Our unique, blended learning approach combines the flexibility and accessibility of online coursework with the guidance of experienced instructors to provide you with an engaging, meaningful educational experience. In every training, you will be led through self-paced coursework by your course instructor with (optional) live check-ins via Zoom, personalized feedback, and practice teaching opportunities. Your confidence to teach upon graduation is our measure of success.
ON THE MAT
Learn to teach 20-60 minute long yoga classes to get students moving – suitable for in-person and online physical education, mental health support, after school programs, and yoga studio classes.
Learn to teach accessible 1-15 minute chair yoga sequences & mindful practices – suitable for in person and online learning environments, therapeutic settings, and throughout the day as brain breaks.
