HEALTH & WELLNESS TO LAST A LIFETIME
The teenage years are a critical period in our development where we are building habits that may be challenging to change in adulthood – habits of behavior and habits of mind.
That's where yoga and mindfulness come in. Over six weeks, this training covers everything you need to know about teaching chair yoga and mindful practices to teenagers ages 13 to 18 as a way to support their mental health and wellness, developing essential skills to last a lifetime.
The tools shared in this course support distance learning at home, in-person modified classroom environments, and in therapeutic settings.
